A small and carefully designed boutique hotel with only 40 rooms: 30 in the main building and 10 in Villa Stefania, each with a small balcony or garden. The rooms, set within the hotel's lush garden, are bright, airy, and feature traditional Sardinian furnishings. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, TV, and free Wi-Fi.

Flexible Room

The flexible formula provides rooms both in the main building and in Villa Stefania distributed both on the ground and second floor depending on availability. They are rooms with garden view or sometimes with pool view (depending on availability;). Ideal for a stay for two people , they express in the most essential form the style that connotes the family atmosphere of our hotel a few steps from the beach

Deluxe Villa Stefania with balcony

The new Deluxe Villa rooms, are located in the separate Villa Stefania building, a few dozen steps from the main building. Located on the upper floor, they are modern and minimal rooms. Spacious and bright, they have balconies and access to the garden with sun loungers and umbrella.
Villa Garden Room

Max occupancy: 2x

The Villa Garden rooms are located on the ground floor in the newly built separate Villa Stefania building, a few dozen steps from the main building, surrounded by a well-kept garden equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas for a relaxing vacation that reminds some of their own home.
The Rooms

Hotel Stefania has 40 rooms, 30 of which are in the main body of the hotel and another 10 rooms in the "Villa Stefania", 80 meters from the main building.
The rooms in the main body of Hotel Stefania are arranged on two floors and overlook the white beach of Pittulongu or the garden. The decor è of Arab-Moorish inspiration and all are equipped with bathroom, hairdryer, satellite TV, mini-bar, Wifi, telephone and air conditioning.

PLANE: Hotel Stefania is located about 10 minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport which is well connected to all major European cities by numerous scheduled flights, including low-cost airlines. Alternatively, it is possible to fly to Cagliari and then an internal transfer.
